XH-M164 tone control preamp board adopts dual NE5532 high-fidelity op-amps as the core audio processing chip, realizing independent adjustment of treble, midrange, bass and master volume for stereo audio signals. Standard RCA stereo input, 2.54mm 3P terminal audio output, designed for matching with power amplifier boards. Powered by dual AC 12V~24V alternating current transformer, low noise circuit layout restores rich audio layers, widely used in DIY HiFi audio systems, home speaker modification, car audio upgrade and audio equipment development.

Wiring & Operation Guide
- Power Wiring: Connect dual AC transformer output wires to the board’s AC power terminals, distinguish dual alternating current without positive/negative polarity.
- Signal Input: Plug audio source RCA cable into the left/right input jacks of the board.
- Signal Output: Connect the matched 3P output wire to the power amplifier board’s audio input terminal.
- Sound Tuning: Rotate four knobs to adjust volume, treble, midrange and bass according to listening preference.

Important Usage Notes
- Must use dual AC transformer power supply, DC single power supply cannot drive the board normally.
- Do not input AC voltage higher than 24V, excessive voltage will burn the op-amp and filter capacitors.
- For long-distance audio input wiring, use shielded RCA cables to avoid external electromagnetic hum interference.
- The board is only a preamplifier tone adjustment module, must be matched with a post-stage power amplifier to drive speakers.
- Minor color differences of PCB and components among batches will not affect tone adjustment and sound quality performance.
