📌 Product Introduction
AD7606 is a 16-bit ADC multi-channel synchronous sampling data acquisition system (DAS) with a sampling frequency of 200 KHz. Each device is equipped with built-in analog input clamp protection, second-order anti-aliasing filters, track-and-hold amplifiers, 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADC), flexible digital filters, a 2.5V reference voltage source, reference voltage buffer, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces.
The AD7606 uses a 5V single power supply and can handle ±10V and ±5V true bipolar input signals, while all channels can sample at throughput rates of up to 200 KHz. The input clamp protection circuit can withstand voltages up to ±16.5V regardless of the sampling frequency.

💡 Important Usage Notes
- Factory default configuration: 8080 parallel interface. To use SPI mode, adjust R1 and R2 resistor configuration.
- AD7606 has no internal registers; input range and oversampling parameters are controlled via external IO pins. Sampling rate is controlled by pulse signal from MCU/DSP.
- Must adopt single 5V power supply. VIO pin determines communication level between module and MCU; connect VIO to MCU power rail (3.3V or 5V).
