The VL53L0X time-of-flight distance measurement sensor is a new generation laser ranging module. The VL53L0X is a fully integrated sensor, equipped with embedded infrared, eye-safe laser, advanced filters, and an ultra-fast photon detection array, providing longer measurement distances, higher speed, and greater accuracy. The sensing capabilities of the VL53L0X can support a variety of functions, including gesture sensing or proximity detection for various innovative user interfaces, obstacle detection and anti-collision systems for robotic vacuum cleaners and service robots, sensing panels in home appliances, user presence detection or power switch monitoring in laptops, as well as drones and Internet of Things (IoT) products. Optical cover instructions: The optical cover used with VL53L0X V2 provides more accurate measurements while protecting the sensor, extending its service life. Customers can choose to purchase it optionally.

⚠ Important Usage Notice

1. Avoid long-term strong light direct irradiation on the laser sensing window to prevent measurement deviation.
2. When using the optional optical cover, attach it flat to the sensor surface without offset.
3. IIC communication wiring should be short; use shielded wire for long-distance transmission to reduce signal interference.
4. Do not scratch or pollute the surface of the built-in laser sensing chip, which will affect ranging accuracy.
