XY-SJV-4 is an upgraded automatic buck-boost DC-DC voltage regulator module, far superior to traditional XL6009 / LM2577 power modules. It adopts dedicated buck-boost main control chip, matched with 60V 75A high-power external MOSFET and dual parallel 60V 5A SS56 Schottky diodes, eliminating the voltage safety risk of low withstand voltage SS34 diodes on ordinary modules. Equipped with high-efficiency iron-silicon aluminum magnetic toroidal inductor, the conversion efficiency reaches up to 88%. It supports wide 5.5~30V input and 0.5~30V arbitrary adjustable constant voltage output, stable 3A continuous output (max 4A 50W with extra heat dissipation), widely used for industrial power supply, electronic DIY, equipment voltage conversion, experimental power supply and other scenarios.

Wiring & Operation Guide
- Power Input: Connect DC 5.5~30V power supply to IN+ / IN- terminals, strictly distinguish positive and negative poles (no reverse connection protection onboard).
- Voltage Adjustment: Rotate the blue trim potentiometer clockwise to raise output voltage, counterclockwise to lower it, output range 0.5~30V.
- Load Connection: Connect your electrical load to OUT+ / OUT- terminals; this module is constant voltage type, not recommended for battery charging or constant current LED driving.
- Full Load Reminder: To reach full 30W output power, input voltage needs to be ≥7V; output power is limited to ~15W when input is 5.5V.
Built-in Protection Mechanism Explanation
- Short-circuit Protection: Automatically shut down output when short circuit occurs; restore normal work after re-powering the module. It is recommended to add a fuse at the input if your power supply lacks current limiting function.
- Undervoltage Protection: Cut off output automatically when input voltage drops below 5V, avoid abnormal low-voltage operation; re-power to recover after input voltage returns to normal range.

Important Usage Notes
- This is a constant voltage module, not suitable for constant current scenarios such as lithium battery charging and high-power LED driving.
