CN3065 Charging Blue Board TYPE-C
📌 Product Overview
The CN3065 charging module is a single-cell lithium battery solar charging management board based on CN3065 chip. It supports dual input modes: solar panel input and TYPE-C USB input, used for charging 3.7V lithium batteries with full charge voltage of 4.2V. The chip integrates power transistors, no external current sampling resistor and blocking diode required. The built-in 8-bit ADC circuit can automatically adjust charging current according to the input power source’s output capability, maximizing the utilization of solar energy. With thermal regulation, under-voltage lockout, automatic recharge, battery temperature monitoring and short-circuit protection, it is ideal for portable low-power solar power supply and DIY projects.
