📌 Product Overview
The ESP32-S3 N16R8 development board adopts ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8 module as the main controller, equipped with Xtensa 32-bit dual-core processor running up to 240MHz. It comes with 16MB SPI Flash and 8MB external PSRAM, supporting large firmware storage, AI models and multi-task processing. This board integrates 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 BLE wireless communication, with built-in AI hardware acceleration for lightweight voice and image recognition. It features dual Type-C ports with onboard CH340 chip, supporting USB serial debugging and native USB-OTG function. 45 programmable GPIO pins are led out on both sides of PCB, reserved RST reset button, BOOT download button and WS2812 RGB LED. It is ideal for AIoT projects, voice recognition, image processing, smart home and embedded secondary development.

⚠ Important Notes
- GPIO26~GPIO32 are dedicated pins for onboard Flash and PSRAM, cannot be used as general IO ports.
- ADC2 channels will be unavailable when WiFi is turned on; ADC1 (GPIO0-GPIO7, GPIO16-GPIO21) is recommended for priority use.
- GPIO0, GPIO45, GPIO46 are strapping boot pins. Pull GPIO0 low to enter download mode.
- GPIO19 and GPIO20 are native USB pins, can directly run USB host/device without extra chip.
- To enable PSRAM on N16R8 version, select OPI PSRAM in tool menu.
- CH340 driver needs to be installed for serial download and debugging.
