⚙️ Calibration Operation Guide
Voltage Calibration Steps
- Cut off power supply, hold down SET button, then power on the module to enter calibration mode (LCD screen flashes)
- Release SET button: Press SET to increase voltage value, press OK to decrease value
- Adjust screen value to match actual input voltage (e.g. real input 12.65V → set display to 12.65V)
- Auto save after 2 seconds, power off to exit calibration (only calibrate once at first use)
⚠️ Special Usage Note
New users may fail to adjust output voltage after receiving the module: factory default output voltage is ~20V. Rotate ADJ-V potentiometer counterclockwise for more than 10 full turns until voltage value changes, then voltage regulation works normally.🛠 3 Main Application Scenarios
1. Overcurrent Protected Step-down Power Supply
Constant current mode activates only when actual load current exceeds preset value; otherwise constant voltage mode runs. Constant current function only works when output voltage ≥2V. Operation Steps:- No-load status: Turn ADJ-V potentiometer to set target output voltage
- Short output terminals with thick wire/tweezers (do not adjust voltage during short circuit), turn ADJ-I potentiometer to set overcurrent protection threshold; red constant current indicator lights when current hits limit
- Connect load and start operation
2. Lithium Battery Charger
Constant current + constant voltage charging mode, with charging full indicator light Operation Steps:- Confirm battery float voltage & charging current (e.g. 3.7V 2200mAh lithium cell: float voltage 4.2V, max charge current 2.2A)
- No-load: Adjust ADJ-V to match battery float voltage
- Short output terminals, adjust ADJ-I to set target charging current
- Factory default charging complete threshold: 0.1× preset charging current. Yellow charging light off, blue full-charge light on when current drops below threshold
- ⚠️ Critical Safety Tip: Disconnect battery first, then cut input power after charging to avoid reverse current damage
3. Constant Current LED Driver
Operation Steps:- Confirm LED rated working voltage & operating current
