Installation & Usage Guide

Preheat the printer hot end to 200~240℃ according to filament type.
Use a small wrench to clamp the hexagonal flat of the old nozzle, unscrew and remove it.
Screw the new MK8 nozzle tightly by hand first, then use wrench to lock properly (do not over-tighten to avoid thread damage).
Load filament, adjust printing parameters matching nozzle aperture, start printing test.
Cleaning Tip: After long-time printing, heat the nozzle and use cleaning wire to clear residual carbon to prevent blockage.

Important Usage Notes

Only support 1.75mm filament, not compatible with 3mm thick filament.
Do not over-tighten the nozzle during installation, excessive force will crack the heating block or damage threads.
Brass nozzle is not wear-resistant to abrasive filaments (carbon fiber, wood-filled), use hardened steel nozzle for abrasive materials.
Long-term high-temperature printing will produce carbon accumulation, regular cleaning can extend service life.
Minor color difference of brass surface among batches will not affect printing performance.
