📌 Product Overview
The OSC V1.0 stepper motor controller module is a professional pulse‑generation board, which outputs control signals for external stepper motor drivers. It cannot drive stepper motors directly. A complete control system consists of this controller, stepper motor driver, stepper motor and DC power supply.
The module supports two output signal types: pulse signal and PWM signal, selectable via jumper cap. Three frequency ranges are available by jumper setting: high frequency 5.4K‑160kHz, medium frequency 540‑16.6kHz, low frequency 80‑2.4kHz. Rotate the potentiometer to adjust output frequency / motor speed conveniently. It is equipped with physical switches for power on/off and forward/reverse direction switching.
Terminal definition:
- EN = ENA/FREE, Enable signal
- PUL / CLK = PULS, Pulse signal
- DIR = CW / CCW, Direction signal Support common‑anode and common‑cathode wiring modes to match most stepper motor drivers on the market. Power supply range: DC 8‑24V. Compact PCB size with mounting holes for easy installation.
