DM542 is a professional digital two‑phase hybrid stepper motor driver, compatible with most mainstream brands of two‑phase stepper motors worldwide. It supports 4‑wire, 6‑wire, 8‑wire two‑phase hybrid stepper motors, phase current up to 4.2A, fit for 57‑86mm stepper motors (86 motor below 4NM). Widely applied in engraving machines, marking machines, cutting machines, laser typesetters, plotters, CNC machine tools, pick‑and‑place equipment and other medium‑small automation devices. It performs excellently for low‑cost, low‑noise, medium‑low‑speed operation scenarios.
📌 Note: Standard DM542 comes with plastic or aluminum cover, no difference in performance. Three versions are available: Standard DM542, High‑Performance DM542, High‑Voltage DM542. High‑performance version delivers better high‑speed commutation performance.

Two wiring modes: Common Anode (Low‑level active), Common Cathode (High‑level active).
- Control signal terminal: PUL+,PUL‑ Pulse signal; DIR+,DIR‑ Direction signal; ENA+,ENA‑ Enable signal. Signal voltage supports 3.3V‑24V, external series resistor is not required.
- Power terminal: VCC & GND for DC power input 20‑50VDC (recommended 24‑45VDC).
- Motor terminal: A+,A‑ / B+,B‑ connect two‑phase stepper motor winding.
