The ESP32‑S3‑CAM is an embedded IoT camera development board adopting XH‑S3E chip, fully compatible with ESP‑S3‑WROOM‑1 series module, default N16R8 hardware version. It integrates Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth dual‑mode wireless communication and is equipped with OV2640 camera sensor. It supports real‑time video preview, remote image capture and data transmission. The board is pre‑flashed with factory firmware and works with dedicated mobile APP. Plenty of GPIO pins are led out for peripheral expansion, and Type‑C port is used for power supply and program downloading. It is suitable for IoT visual development, remote monitoring, robot vision and various electronic DIY projects.

The module supply voltage is DC 3.3V, over‑voltage input will burn out the chip. Set correct IO0 logic level to switch between download mode and normal running mode.
